Love Medicine

Recently I've been going through a bit of a sad girl phase. So much to do, lonley in the cold weather. Which sometimes is hot weather every other day in KY? School is kicking my butt and I just want to throw my hands in the air, or my fists in the face of every person I encounter. Time to chillax.
Remedy for heartbrake, rage, and anything else you might need a remedy for:

Tea. All kinds. Herbal, chai, the kind you get from Krogers, the kind you get from gas stations, who cares. Remember, the fancier your cup the better you'll feel.

Taking bubble baths makes you feel important and fancy.
Put on good music. It'll make you feel even cooler and calmer.

Lavender. I don't care how upset I am, give me a bag of lavender and I'll chill the fuck out.
I should probably get some lavender sometime soon.

If you're the sad girl that turns bitter bitchy and angry real quick like me, you may want to think about investing some time in politics. Its a great way to get out some rage and scream about things you could potentially care about, but don't really need to.

Reading, if you're into that kind of thing, I certainly am can also be a good remedy for every day disaster. Make sure you pick a book that suits your situiation. For example if you're breaking up with someone don't read a book on a girl that killed herself over her boyfriend. You're trying to feel better, not kill yourself.

Soup helps everything because it hugs you from the inside out in the warmest way and it hardly ever makes you fat and its sooooo yummy. Get it in animal shapes or alphabet if you need a little umf.

John Hughes movies are vital for those days when you need to cry for a solid hour and then get up and pretend like nothing just happened.

There's no such thing as too much sleep for a sad girl. Just remember, you gotta get back up sometime.
I know, it sucks.
